Accessibility Statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation or magnification.
Last updated 4 August 2026
What we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA. That means we work to keep text readable and resizable, maintain sufficient colour contrast, label all form fields, provide alternative text for meaningful images, and make every interactive element reachable by keyboard.
How the site is built
- Pages use semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate them
- The site is responsive and works on phones, tablets and desktops
- Navigation, forms and the chat assistant can be operated with a keyboard
- Text can be zoomed to 200% without loss of content
Known limitations
Some embedded or externally hosted content, such as pages on our sister company's site, is outside our control and may not meet the same standard. We are also continuing to review older documents and downloads.
Reporting a problem
If you find something you cannot access, or you need information in a different format such as large print or an accessible document, email info@digi-safe.uk or call 01937 333070. We aim to respond within five working days.
Enforcement
If you are not happy with how we respond, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS), which handles complaints about accessibility in the UK.
