We collect and process information that we need for our own marketing, client accounts and service delivery, for example with past, existing or prospective clients and suppliers. This is usually limited to names, job titles, organisation names, email addresses, telephone numbers and the content of the messages you send us.

If you submit an enquiry form, use our website chat assistant, or leave a review, we store the details you give us so we can respond and manage the enquiry.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you, for:

• communication with you and your organisation by email, telephone or media sources
• production and processing of invoices
• production and processing of documentation
• responding to enquiries made through this website

We use the information you give us to keep accounts relating to our business activity, and to keep records of purchases, sales and other transactions so that the relevant payments, deliveries or services take place.

Under the UK GDPR, the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are: (a) your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by contacting us; (b) performance of a contract; and (c) compliance with a legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share the information held in our database with third parties for their own marketing. We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this website and our email, and they process data only on our instructions.

Your information is stored securely, with access restricted to the people who need it. The information we hold is reviewed annually to make sure it is accurate and relevant to our core business purposes. Incorrect or out of date data is updated or removed when identified.

Under data protection law, you have the right to:

• ask us for copies of your personal information (right of access)
• ask us to correct information you think is inaccurate or incomplete (rectification)
• ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances (erasure)
• ask us to restrict processing in certain circumstances
• object to processing in certain circumstances
• ask us to transfer your information to you or another organisation (portability)
