As the year comes to a close, we take pride in reflecting on an incredible 2024—a year filled with progress, innovation, and milestones. From welcoming new faces to driving transformation in clinical safety, innovation, and consultancy services, our journey this year has been remarkable.

Welcoming New Faces
This year, we expanded our team with exceptional talent, enabling us to broaden our service offerings.
With their expertise, we now support not only clinical safety but also:

- Clinical Advisory services

These additions allow us to enable whole-system transformation, offering bespoke
solutions that empower teams and ensure not only compliance but digital, data, and
transformation across the health and care landscape.
Innovation Through SWIFT
SWIFT has been a game-changer in 2024. This digital clinical safety innovation is transforming how teams approach risk management and safety by offering:
- Education and Bespoke Templates
- Smart Hazard Assessment Tools, Project, and Incident Management
- In-platform consultancy
SWIFT is currently deployed in West Yorkshire ICB and NHS North and East
Hertfordshire Trust, with more trusts and ICBs set to adopt in early 2025. The platform
is setting a new standard for digital clinical safety, enabling a collaborative, team-
based approach to safety and compliance.
Supporting Safety and Compliance
This year, we continued our commitment to supporting and assisting teams in adopting a culture of safety, compliance, and transparency. By being honest and providing recommendations and support, we work with our clients to ensure they fully understand requirements while we tailor our support to meet their needs:
- Partnering with 20+ manufacturers to ensure DCB0129 and DPO compliance, Medical Device roadmaps, and ongoing support while forging meaningful relationships.
- Supporting NHS trusts and ICBs with DCB0160 requirements to enhance clinical risk management processes and empower whole teams in taking action and ownership.
- Collaborating with DHCW (Digital Health and Care Wales) to refine clinical risk management approaches and provide recommendations for future plans.
- Providing expertise to all—including care teams, Local Authorities, Regional programs, national initiatives, and innovators.
Propel@YH Bootcamp and UKInd Therapy
We were privileged to support the Propel@YH bootcamps by providing workshops and engaging with innovators both from the UK and internationally. These sessions allowed us to connect with forward-thinking individuals and share insights on clinical safety needs. One of the standout moments of the year was seeing our competition winner, UKInd Therapy, as one of the Propel@YH delegates.
Events and Engagements
We were proud to showcase our expertise and innovations at several key events in 2024:

- Yorkshire Post Health and Life Sciences Business Breakfast
And we are now also listed in the National NHS Trust Procurement Directory. These platforms allowed us to connect with industry leaders, share our vision, and celebrate our achievements. We couldn’t deliver these without the support of our team and fan club!
Empowering Teams Through Education
This year, we delivered impactful Clinical Safety Awareness training to health and care teams. Our training sessions empower teams to prioritise patient/person safety and navigate standards effectively. Feedback from organisations like Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust has reinforced the value of our mission to educate and support teams across the sector.
They are a great example of where whole teams working in the Frontline Digitisation Programme are adopting the standards and applying the culture through embedding processes with our SME support.
Our founder has also been supporting other CSOs in their mentorship journey, working with software manufacturers such as Cleo to evaluate their approach and discuss best practices.
