The platform acts as a Clinical Risk Management File and document store for the entire projects and teams involved in the deployment
Kanban Boards are available to easily identify projects and associated risks
Education from NHS England and bespoke materials are included which aim to educate, guide and support whole project teams in clinical safety compliance, regardless if they have a CSO.
Clinicians and Social Care Professionals can opt to complete CPD accredited training to gain the CSO qualification.
NHS and bespoke Templates are provided for all users to ensure correct compliance.
Hazard Assessment through the Hazard Identification tool educates, prompts and uses methods in the hazard analysis and identification, it highlights any top scoring risks and allows the team to prioritise hazard controls with ease.
Swift is also integrated with DTAC Squirrel allowing for automatic upload of a manufacturers DCB0129 Hazard Log.

The aim of the solution is to empower and enable whole team working in Digital Health to raise awareness and understand the key activities which must take place before deployment. It allows for the upskilling of clinicians and professionals, it provides organisations with everything they need to navigate through the compliance gateways while feeling supported.
Clinical Safety Officers are available on hand in core hours to assist users with any queries
Subject Matter Experts(SME) CSOs can if required complete the hazard assessment and run the hazard workshop for each Digital Health Solution
SME CSOs with the project team completes, assure and validate each Digital Health System
SME CSO’s can if required complete the whole DCB0160 through the platform
On-going Incident Management Tool included which provides the ability for each organisation/team to directly report issues and escalate in relation to the Digital health system.
The SME CSOs will review and action any incidents in core hours and provide recommendations either to the reporting site directly or to the ICB if required.
